Instructures

My main instructures were to simply describe the technology that they were comparing it to to describe the type of development methodology that they use day to day. Mainly the document was to be a description of Compact Framework to give an overview of the .NET environment to cover what they were asking for when they were comparing it to what we were proposing. Not a "Product Requirements" by any means, but that was the label it received during the meeting.
