Just ignore the windows update workaround, we leaked it on purpose. Dave wants some countries to be able to continue to perform windows updates without paying for them. Hook em in, get them addicted mate, and then they wont use the linux stuff thats free. As for media player, I would not install the new version on your machine ;) we put those new features in you told us about, you sly dog you. Team 4 recommends waiting till at least 2007 before dropping dotnet and releasing the alternative, it will take that long for the idiots to realise we sold them a lemon.
(sure would be nice to know a little bit more...)
