Customer Service
Customer Service provides a toll free number for customer inquires. Most questions can be answered during the initial call. Some questions may require research, and in such cases the Customer Service department strives to answer any question within one business day. Customer Service also provides and an after-hours voice mail service in which customer may leave comments and receive a response the following day. During the past year a database has been created which captures all data pertaining to customer interactions. An executive reporting mechanism is being developed that will keep management informed of customer issues.
