Divorce & Refinancing

I am currently going through the process of a divorce and will need to refinance my current mortgage. I also have a Home Equity Line of Credit through Wells Fargo that I will need to remove my wife's name from. I will probably get a 5 year ARM so I would be interested in current rates/closing costs for this type of loan. I will be shopping around bit to get the best deal but I am hoping I can get the best deal through Wells Fargo since I've had a mortgage with them for 6 years now.I would be looking to close sometime in January.My current loan number is 976505xxx (<-- being nice).
