Worked on testing conversion of cashier workstations to Windows XP ; helped set up procedures to assist with installation of software and purchase of peripherals so that less involvement would be required in the future; fielded 1 call per month from customers; assisted on several installations where difficulties occurred, with several installations at Epcor, and with conversion to XP at Epcor; worked on ensuring that peripherals such as receipt printers functioned well.

(i would not trust winXP enough to run it on cashier workstations)
