Tiscali & Cynics

Isn't it obvious as to why Tiscali have to all intents and purpose blocked downloads through p2p. It’s in direct competition with ‘Tiscali Music’. They want you paying them 69p a go, not clogging up there network getting stuff for free. Or am I just being somewhat cynical.

(somewhat cynical... not really, they don't want the tubes clogged)
