Mr. Nacchio's Right

This order shall be without prejudice to Mr. Nacchio's right, at any time prior to the completion of the pending criminal case against him (including any appeals therein), to seek such other or further relief from discovery against him as he may believe necessary or appropriate to protect his interests.
