Testify

Mr. Kocourek will testify as to his former position with M.J. Siewert, and regarding his supervisory capacity over Guy Giovannetti. He will also testify regarding Guy Giovannetti’s worker’s compensation claim(s) and generally regarding Guy Giovannetti’s employment with that company. He is further expected to testify relating to disciplinary issues relating to Guy Giovannetti and the circumstances surrounding his suspension and termination with that company. He will also testify as to any conversations he had with Guy Giovannetti regarding any collisions that occurred while working for M.J. Siewert and will provide the foundation for records and documents he prepared or those kept in the usual course of business at M.J. Siewert.
