Enron Memo?

I talked to James we are having lunch Thur. after Rick's meeting and will discuss. I feel we need to see if this is a case of inappropriate match request. On the Memo, I really want to believe in it. I want to hear Karen B. or this other lawyer or Neal someone with a law degree advise us or put something like this memo in writing with their John Hancock on it so we can show we sought legal advise as well as professional accounting advise in making the decision to do this.
