We Had Our Thing

The two so close,
Inceprable it seems,
Holding hands,
Their smiles beam

I stare so hard,
I can't beleive
I wish I were her,
I wish that was me

But then I stop,
And think to myself,
We had our thing
There's nothing else
So then I'm glad,
But still so sad,
Life is life
Day by day.
I wish it all could go away
