Auction But No Action

I won the following auction on November 28, 2005 SIZZIX FRAMES 4 LARGE RED DIE (8236111518). I paid for the items on November 29. In your shipping information you add the following statement (Seller's payment instructions:ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECIEVED WITHIN 7 DAYS PLEASE.SELLER IS NOT RESPONSABLE FOR LOST /DAMAGED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT INSURED.ALL SALES ARE FINAL, PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING. POSSITIVE FEEDBACCK WILL BE LEFT FOR BUYER WHEN FEEDBACK IS RECIEVED FOR SELLER.) As you can see I paid for the items the very next. It has been a little over a month and I havent receive the items yet nor an email letting me know that the items have been ship. Please let me know if the items for the auction have been ship since the last time that I sent an email regarding for the items or refund my money in case that you are not able send the items at this moment.
