Hints

a)Hints

i)Image size for article (195px wide) and Evaluation Consultant photo (<= 100 px x 100px)
ii)Image path –NO spaces
iii)Publish download file BEFORE the article you need to attach it to
iv)Look for folder_id= BEFORE you create the article
v)Absolutely error free and do not expect that MarCom dept. will proof stuff
vi)Text file is best for copy/paste (save as .txt in Word)
vii)There should be one District Manger and one Regional Office Manager approval for each Evaluation Consultant—let me know if any are set up incorrectly
viii)Don’t overdo formatting—don’t use ALL CAPS, minimize bolding, usually use italics only when it’s the proper way to spell a product name, never underline ix)Keep PDFs as small as possible. Password protect them if you don’t want people to be able to change or copy from them. Make sure they look nice on screen and print acceptably. (Usually 150dpi is OK)
x)Copyright stuff in PDFs as you would in a print document
xi)Keep rotating content—you can load a bunch of articles and just modify Home page
xii)Downloads and Events go live as soon as MarCom clicks the “Publish” button; URLs and Articles don’t go live until they are placed on the Home page.

(got it?)
