Laptop Chargeback

Hi,

Please contact us about a chargeback on your creditcard for a laptop purchased from us. We will let Paypal investigate the full course. Hopefully everything is a mistake and will clear up quickly. We really do not want to escalate this problem further than what it has been. We have brought 3 ppl to small claims court already for commiting mail fraud. It is a big hassle for us and the other party involved. We have won every single case, but the time involved is unnessary. Everything could have been resolved if the other party just stick with the terms of the transaction. We will go ahead and file Dec 19,2006 @ the Monroe County Court if we do not hear from you before then. After that time we can not revoke the court order. A certified letter will be delivered to your door by the court marshall within a few days of us filing. Again please contact us before then, because we do not want to appear in a court room again.
