AAAAAAAAAAAHhhhhhhhh!!!!! i'm having the EXACT same problem!!! it's killing me!! but i'm not even going to waste my time on dell or microsofts money making excuses for suport systems!!! it is probably some tiny stupid glitch if only i could figure it out.... blasted time sync!!!
