Happy Birthday Vicky !!!

Vicky is one of the most charming and delightful people I know. Pretty, smart, funny, delightful personality, and definitely one of the best storytellers around. I used to look forward to seeing her on the cul-de-sac at the end of the day when all the moms were tired from tending to our children all day and badly in need of a break from the 24/7 duties of mothering. I would see her strolling down the street with one, two, or three of her beautiful children. With a smile on her face, a joke on her lips, and sometimes a drink in her hand, she was always ready to have a conversation. I could always count on Vicki to lift my spirits with a humorous real-life story or joke.I will never forget the delicious homemade soup she gave our family when our infant was extremely ill in the hospital for a prolonged period of time. It was nurturing and delicious; it warmed our bodies and our souls. It's been only 15 years since I had Vicki's special soup, but I really should ask her for the recipe.The entire Portnoy Family wishes you a Very Happy Birthday Vicky !!! Hope it's a great one!
