Virtually Robbed

Hi my name is Heath Newton and I run www.mtgotraders.com I sell “virtual goods” for an online trading card game. Recently someone in Michigan reversed payments on me for over $1200.00 US dollars. I have all the trade histories and e-mails from the company that makes the game proving that the trades did take place. I even have e-mails from the guy admitting what he did. Are you able to help me with this situation?
