Assault Charges

Mr. NATHAN S*** <-- (beng nice) appeared before the Honorable Mary Jane Knisely, Billings Municipal Court, Billings, Montana on the charge of: PARTNER OR FAMILY MEMBER ASSAULT, 45-05-206 (MISDEMEANOR). Mr. S*** <-- (beng nice) pleaded guilty to the charge and received the following sentence: One (1) year deferred imposition of sentence, all but twelve (12) days suspended, credit for twelve (12) days served, enroll and complete a chemical dependency evaluation, following all recommendations, no drugs or alcohol, no contact with the victim, enroll and complete forty (40) hours of counseling focused on violence and chemical dependency, and placed on Misdemeanor Probation for three hundred fifty-three (353) days.
