Halloween Agenda?
Agenda: January 4, 2006
1.Entertainment: handwriting analysis, palm reader, tarot cards, etc.
2.Figure out committees: how big should each one be?
a.Panel committee – Do we even want panels anymore?
b.Lantern committee – probably construct lanterns next Saturday
c.Entrance committee – curtains, what do we want on curtains, velvet ropes, anything else we think is necessary?
d.Minor decorations committee – top hats on busts, tuxedos on statues, cut outs and movie posters (do we want these), bathroom decorations (we could put pictures and posters in there), flowers (do we want these)
3.Do we really need to open up the outside patio area?
4.Volunteer for calling about the color of the lights coming from the floor – I would, but I haven’t been to the space yet
(some high quality entertainment going on there)
